Module 1: Understanding Hormones and Their Role in Women’s Health
• Overview of key hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, etc.)
• Hormonal fluctuations across the lifespan (puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, menopause)
• Understanding the menstrual cycle phases and their nutritional needs
Module 2: Nutritional Foundations for Hormonal Balance
• Dietary strategies to support hormone production and balance
• Role of gut health and its connection to hormonal balance
• Impact of lifestyle factors (stress, sleep, exercise) on hormone health
Module 3: Nutrition Strategies for optimizing Hormonal health
• Nutritional considerations during perimenopause and menopause
• Dietary strategies for PCOS, estrogen dominance, endometriosis, Hypothyroidism and other hormonal issues.
• Understanding the role of supplements in hormonal balance
Module 4: Practical Applications and Case Studies
• Assessment of hormonal health (Blood tests)
• Applying knowledge to real-life scenarios through case studies
• Case study presentation
Requirements: Nutritionist or a Health coach with a Nutrition degree. Should have a basic understanding of human physiology, biochemistry and food science.
